  Blame the privatization of prisons. Paying . Hiring cos off the street at near minimum wage. Filling prisons to capacity for profit. What do you expect to happen.

  Probably a sex addict with possible substance abuse problem. I was a bit surprised at how attractive she looked in her picture. She probably could have made more $ in porn or stripping.
