I strongly feel that, to do this right, you have to only concern yourself with her appearance and her roleplay. Keep it superficial. (The only exception is when it's clear that, because she can't kick a substance habit, or kick out a leach SO, the money you're giving her is making her life worse, not better.) Given that, it only bothers me if she clearly looks pregnant. I still consider Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren to be examples of peak hot, so a gym flat stomach is not a big turn-on for me. Often, a woman in early to mid pregnancy will look more curvy hot to me than before she was pregnant.
A couple of my favs had unexpected pregnancies. They swore they were going to take a break from dancing as soon as they were undeniably showing. But, as you may guess, with both of them, I experienced the awkward situation of having to say I had to stop seeing them.
