  They don't "need" a pimp. And therr are very different types of pimps. I think the stereotypical pimp is pretty much gone and real pimping involved the hoe choosing up. Its her choice. You see a pretty young girl with problems. Almost always no one is there for her. Shes alone. No one accepts her. Her self esteem is zero. She has no hope for the future no direction and her life is a mess. Someone comes into her life and treats her like the queen she is. Doesn't try to change her. Doesn't put her down. Encourages her to be the best hoe she can while being a stable rock for her. The guy is probably the only person who has ever been there for her in her entire l8fe. Nurturing her inner hoe makes her want to be on q winning team. I know someone who was just there and nurtured their inner hoes and the girls asked him to pimp them. That's how it is a lot of times. They know only a pimp can truly love a hoe. On the flip side you get human trafficking slavery taking advantage of addicts. It can be brutal. But generally a pimp is most likely gonna get violent with competing pimps.

  And real services are provided. When money is pooled theres enough to go around for everyone. They live a better quality life than if they hqd tbeir own money. And a good pimp uses the notion of harm reduction to keep them from being addicts. Plus g3tting them into clubs or venues. Cutting deals with management. Protection from tricks etc

  From my understanding - pimping is a lot of work. You make arrangements for housing, and you provide transportation, you arrange for an otc location, etc. You keep them away from drugs. You would be providing more services than a traditional pimp, as you would set them up with education and investments. This would be great - but very costly. Good luck! Just don’t tutor your girls in spelling!

  A pimp, as you described it, is nothing more than a modern day slave owner! There is a big difference from providing someone a service (the dancer by helping her clean up and channeling her to more profits) for a fee and providing the same service only if you get to control the money and how its used. As you described it, you want her to hand you the money and let you decide how it is to be used.

  The logistical aspects aren't hard. Once a hoe is turned out the point is to build her up. Help her help herself. So after she pays her quota whatever she makes is hers. You don't do things for her. You guide her as she finds a place etc. The key is to make her understand she's doing it for herself more than she is for you. And her emotional addiction to you is what keeps her there and loyal. She has to understand no one can love her and be there for her akd accept her as a hoe like you can. A part of turning her out is about building trust. Teach her no matter what she does no matter how fucked up it is all she has to do is be honest and you'll help her solve it.   So going over old school concepts.. Two paths come to mind One is to find addicts to some sort of hard drug and be the steady supplier or to get a girl hooked on something then supply it..   I think you would be a true manager for your girls. You would set them up with the tools to improve their lives and help them to have a path beyond stripping. However, I doubt girls will be very open to allowing you to take a significant cut of their money to invest for the long term. In my view, many girls get into the business because they need money. Their situation requires them to find a job that pays in cash - so they can avoid pay day loans or other scams. There are many intelligent girls who strip, and they are probably proficient at putting money away. Those girls may be the exception. Based on two very broad examples - I’m going to make an even broader extrapolation. I think about 85% of strippers are there because they fall into the “Needs money now” category. There are probably 5% who fall into the “Astute long term investor” group. That leaves 10% of the stripper population that might accept your offer to manage them. So, the girls who find your offer interesting are a small portion of the stripper population. It may be very difficult to even find those girls! I’m sure my estimates are wrong - as I have no scientific basis for those percentages.

  Finding an addict to pimp is a terrible idea. She'll only be loyal to her addiction. Using fear and intimidation will work in the short term but won't create trust.
