What percentage of dancers have had Covid?

I was talking to a dancer who wanted to meet OTC, but she works in a club in Atlanta that is open. I think business is down, but it sounds like it's more older big spenders not coming in while volume of traffic in the club is ok. I was thinking though about what the risk of exposure from meeting a dancer who is actively working.? I keep seeing these numbers for college students having very high infection rates, and I would think strippers in Atlanta would have a higher risk of exposure if they've actually been working since June when they opened up again.
She says no one has had it, but she might not know and her demographic is a pretty decent bet to have been asymptomatic if they did. I was half considering offering to pay for a Covid antibody test when she and maybe another girl or two I know goes in for monthly STD screening which I know they do. I guess maybe I'm neurotic about such things. I'm missing my favorite activities, but I really don't want this virus. I know some possibilities, but I'd fee a lot better if I could find one of them who has already had it.

Why not? If you think they'll do it and knowing the results will make you feel more comfortable, bring it up.

Being aware and concerned is a natural reaction to this fucked up COVID situation. But all that's really going to matter in the end are the actions you take and their consequences.

It sounds like you already have your answer. If you want an effective way to avoid the virus, just stay away from people.
However, if this dancer is a commuter to college, she might just drive to school and take classes. Eliminating dorm life and college parties helps a lot.
You sound like you have a good plan. If she gets tested, that should provide a (possibly small) degree of confidence.
We're strip club customers. Think about the requests these girls get on the daily. Unless this is a "last straw" type of situation where you're already on thin ice, it shouldn't be a big deal to ask (and in your case offer to pay).
