Ring a bell?

Does this sound like a certain creep we know? News report doesn't specify if it was a Huffy bike or not.

Indecent exposure: Cumberland Road

At 12:45 p.m. July 23, a woman reported that she was seated at a table and reading a book in Cumberland Park, 1740 Cumberland Road, when a man she did not know approached. The man sat down at the table and spoke with the woman, asking her inappropriate things. The woman ignored the man, but looked up about 30 seconds later to see that he had his hand in his shorts and was masturbating. The man did not expose himself.

The woman called police and the man left on his bicycle. Police searched for the man but were unable to find him.

The woman left the park, but returned minutes later and began to again read her book. The man returned and apologized for his actions. The woman again called police, who this time found the man still on the scene. When confronted by an officer, the man said police had nothing on him before leaving on his bike.

Another officer located the suspect a few minutes later and charged him with indecent exposure. When asked about the bike and if it was stolen, the man said he bought it that day from “a crackhead” who had been walking on Lee Road trying to sell the two-wheeler. The suspect said that the bike may have been stolen, but that he wasn’t the thief.
