We really need to adapt British law when it comes to lawsuits. There if you sue someone and lose, you have to pay for the other person's legal fees. That would end all of these frivolous lawsuits.

When the loser has to pay on anything other than a frivolous case, then the law is only for the rich. Product liability law only exists because in 1912 a lawyer took a dead bang loser case against Buick and won.

In today’s porn who cares about dialogue? They don’t make many plot based porn movies anymore. There are a few spoofs of legit super hero movies.

Pornhub could just run a crawl along the bottom of the videos with “Ooooooh”, “Ahhhhhh”, “It’s so big baby!”, “I’m cuming!” - and that would fix it!

Warrior - Skibum is right. If you change to the English loser pays system, yes you will get rid of many frivolous lawsuits, but you also get rid of a large amount of non-frivolous lawsuits as well. That's why Alaska is the only state in the U.S. that follows the English Rule.

Canada also has a hybrid rule of loser pays that cuts down on lawsuits. That will NEVER happen here because the legislatures are PACKED with lawyers who benefit, or at least their friends and often families benefit, from lots of often stupid lawsuits.

Frankly this seems like a pretty clearcut violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, so Pornhub should jump at the chance to settle before the Justice Department piles on.
