  The PPP is officially a loan. It is forgivable, but you have to use the money for specific purposes for it to be forgiven. I just got the info on what I have to deliver to get the debt forgiven. If these guys didn't use most of it to pay payroll, then they will have to pay it back. Plus some interest and fees.
