money was invented for handing to women, but buying dances is a chump's game

This was probably an AAMP, advertised on the Internet.
What they call "trafficking" never involves force, fraud, coercion, or m*n*rs. It is just some adult women who want to make some money in a way which they are comfortable with. So someone does have to traffick them to the bank every week or so. And if the women ever get pissed off at the boss, just one phone call and a car drives them to another shop.

Clearly unconstitutional if they try to enforce on someone, because the crime is defined only in the most sketchy of terms. But I for one would not want to be the guy they try it out on.
Most of the public mandate LE has for enforcing on prostitution derives directly from this trafficking hysteria. We even have ads about it being driven around on our county transit buses.
And what gets into the newspapers has very little relation to how the cases are usually settled.
