Question to the Ladies, Surfaces for Walking in Stripper Shoes?

san_jose_guy
money was invented for handing to women, but buying dances is a chump's game

For the highest of stripper shoes, what kinds of surfaces do you like to walk on? I mean both floors and stages. And I assume you want it to be non-slippery and flat, no divots. Do you also care about the sound, do you want there to be a great deal of sound, to add to the effect? Do you like the shoes that have batteries and LED's, and flash as you walk? So I wonder about carpet, too soft, too quite? How about linoleum? How about hardwood tiles? How about hard tiles like bathroom floors? Terrocata Tile? Looks nice, hard, loud, but not always 100% smooth. [view link] Rosicrucian Temple San Jose, advertised as all tile: [view link] How about bare concrete, or painted with poly urethane? How about with a Jackson Pollack painted on it? Brass Rail had Plexiglas stage top, with white fluorescent lights underneath. I liked the light from below. Quite noisy if music was off. Please let us know, and please explain your reasoning. From my perspective, should be good traction and smooth. Not sure if girls think about that noise of walking in high heels. Would you even want it to be amplified sound? Hard floors can be neat, and this is why AMORC advertises its temple. But that is not anything like a strip club or sex temple. People still like the floor tiles. But hard floors make for echoy rooms. What do the ladies, the ones who walk around in high heels, think about these issues. SJG

How about water features, like water underneath transparent parts of the stage? Maybe glass tiles which cover water channels, likely lighted, in the floor. How important or desirable is a carpet in a strip club? Other things on walls an ceiling could be used to dampen down echo. How about bigger than life display, showing girl currently on stage? How about the new types of vinyl flooring too? SJG

At Viet Coffee Shops the floor are usually linoleum tiles. Not sure if terra-cotta tiles would be too uneven. But that harder surface would make more sound, probably more than even bare concrete. How many here find the sound of a woman walking in high heels to be a turn on? SJG

^^^^^^^ Yep! But actually, our group will have no component of P4P, even though most of the early women will be coming from Strip Clubs and AMPs. When they are ready for our group, they know that it cannot be like that. Other people find the sound of a woman in high heels walking on the floor to be a turn on. [view link] Most of the videos are on hardwood, but there are other examples. Hard wood could have more of a resonance because it does not uniformly stick tight to the sub floor. Hardwood stairs also quite dramatic sounds. How many, like me, find these kinds of sounds to be a turn on? SJG

Need special high heels for that, even cast iron will melt around 3000 deg F. Lava has lots of iron, but still hotter than that. Strip club is probably bad example for talking about sound, cause of music and large crowd. One AMP, now PD closed it, did have tile floors and the sound was a turn on. Do people like tile floors better or hardwood? Carpet has its uses due to acoustics, damping echos, but the high heel sound, I find to be a turn on. Tile floors are a big reason why people like this temple. It does feel really neat to be in it. But no, it does not get dolled up hotties in stripper shoes walking in it. [view link] SJG

LED lighted: [view link] With some the LED's flash when the lady walks. Any of our ladies have shoes like this? Pressure sensors where? How to replace or recharge batteries? People like these? SJG

Not sure if these work on pressure sensors. They also need straps to keep them on when she is not on her feet. [view link] [view link] Linoleum is mostly just cheap. So are versions of painted concrete. But these still have their uses. So the main trade off is Tile or Hardwood, as I see it. Carpet does not last that long in high traffic buildings, it is mostly to damp sound. Plexiglas, with lights underneath would be interesting. At the Brass Rail it was I think frosted, to diffuse the light. That might have hid scratches. SJG

Yes, this video starts off good with the high heels sound. Amy Winehouse - You Know I'm No Good [view link] Sounds like an echoy room. Hard floor will be like that. Also makes it hard to play recorded music or voice. But how bad it is will depend on how big the room is. And then also what is on the walls and ceiling. In office work areas the noise level will get deafening if you do not have a carpet. So things should be designed carefully. SJG

Tile is meh.. Carpet is ok. Concert floor is ok. Glass/mirrored stages suck in heel. Especially if somebody/anybody is using baby oil. It's ass busting, literally!
  • san_jose_guy

What is Concert Floor? You say tile is meh, what do you mean? As I know, most clubs prohibit dances from using body lotions and oils for this reason. Do you think tile floors are too rough or uneven for high heels? I like your profile picture, that curious outfit you are wearing with your stripper shoes. SJG

I’m not going to make this super long. Lots of flooring are slippery in heels when they are new. Even once the heels get good traction hard floors - hardwood, tile, etc. are a concern for me at clubs due to spilled drinks that could cause you to slip. Obviously a colored drink would be easy to spot and clean. But a small amount of water could spill, go unnoticed and cause a fall. The same is a concern on rainy days. People track in water so you would have to constantly be cleaning the floor or watch to make sure customers really wipe their feet. I prefer carpet. But the carpet must be short and have little or no padding. Think carpet with short fibers over concrete. Carpets with long fibers and on padding make a soft surface that is hard to walk on. I used to wear my heels to swinger parties back when that was my thing and they are so hard on the wrong surfaces. As far as stages I’ve danced on what I assume is plexiglass and granite. I liked both. Of course both could be slick in the right situation but that’s unavoidable with most stages.
  • san_jose_guy
Thanks Aspen! So are some tile floors too rough surfaced, terracotta? Big grout gaps? [view link] Carpet is usually to keep sound down, or where people want to walk barefoot. But carpet wears faster than tile. Wood is hard, but not that hard. Makes sound, and that is what I am most interested in. Heels can damage wood. Metal heals could even damage concrete. Tile harder than concrete, tough concrete with metal is stronger. Tile has an appeal for me, mostly sound. Aspen, you mention Swingers Parties, got me curious. Some such parties allow "Swing Club Escorts", while others do not. I like that idea, like to meet some of the women who do that. SJG

High Heels and Foot Injuries: The Ugly Truth About Those Beautiful Heels [view link] "For every day wear, heels that are an inch to an inch-and-a-half are fine. If the heels are higher, limit wearing them to no more than a few hours at a time. " High Heels, High Risk [view link] "From 2002 to 2012, more than 123,000 injuries from wearing high heels were treated in US emergency rooms " "Close to half of US women wear high heels, and those who wear them own an average of nine pairs each. The shoes tend to make a regular appearance even though 71 percent of women surveyed by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) said the shoes hurt their feet.1 When asked what they'd do if the shoes hurt, 38 percent of women confessed they'd continue to wear them anyway if it was a pair they liked. You might assume that the pain you're experiencing is temporary, and once you take the heels off to give your feet a rub and some time to recuperate, they'll be back to normal. However, over time wearing high heels can lead to chronic problems, not only with your feet but also elsewhere in your body. " Pleaser [view link] SJG

Yes of course, extreme high heels aren't good for much walking if any. They are just bed shoes. Pleaser makes 6" single sole, and they are steep. But they also make 6" platform sandals, not as steep. Then also 7" and 8", and then now 9" and 10" [view link] We had a dancer who posted an article that says that stripper shoes only last about 1 month, then they break. Have any idea what the Mean Time Before Failure is? Anyone ever rip a broken Pleaser apart and see how it was made? Does anyone else make stripper shoes besides Pleaser? As I know, these new lucite shoes are liked because they are lighter and stronger than the wooden platform sandals from the 70's. A girl in high school with me, made herself a pair of wooden platform high heels. She made the bases in woodshop, a big job. Included clamping and gluing. Then she was going to make the upper parts out of leather. I think brass headed tacks would attach them. First time I saw the modern lucite heels, red, was in 1996. I was blown away by how high they were. Latina wearing them with thigh high stockings and ready for back parking lot mini-van FS. Sounds like Pleaser started in 1993. Are they the only maker? Most of these sandals only have straps on the left and right side of the heel. To me that looks marginal. One of the ways of taking a bad tumble is just if a girl's heel comes off of her shoe. All other things being equal, are these better? [view link] Heel enclosure and strap. SJG

Lucite for screw driver handles, and for come fuck me heels. " Lucite, also called Plexiglas, British Perspex, trademark name of polymethyl methacrylate, a synthetic organic compound of high molecular weight made by combination of many simple molecules of the ester methyl methacrylate (monomer) into long chains (polymer); this process (polymerization) may be effected by light or heat, although chemical catalysts are usually employed in manufacture of the commercial product. " [view link] [view link] Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), a synthetic resin produced from the polymerization of methyl methacrylate. A transparent and rigid plastic, PMMA is often used as a substitute for glass in products such as shatterproof windows, skylights, illuminated signs, and aircraft canopies. It is sold under the trademarks Plexiglas, Lucite, and Perspex. PMMA, an ester of methacrylic acid (CH2=C[CH3]CO2H), belongs to the important acrylic family of resins. In modern production it is obtained principally from propylene, a compound refined from the lighter fractions of crude oil. Propylene and benzene are reacted together to form cumene, or isopropylbenzene; the cumene is oxidized to cumene hydroperoxide, which is treated with acid to form acetone; the acetone is in turn converted in a three-step process to methyl methacrylate (CH2=C[CH3]CO2CH3), a flammable liquid. Methyl methacrylate, in bulk liquid form or suspended as fine droplets in water, is polymerized (its molecules linked together in large numbers) under the influence of free-radical initiators to form solid PMMA. The structure of the polymer repeating unit is: Molecular structure.. The presence of the pendant methyl (CH3) groups prevents the polymer chains from packing closely in a crystalline fashion and from rotating freely around the carbon-carbon bonds. As a result, PMMA is a tough and rigid plastic. In addition, it has almost perfect transmission of visible light, and, because it retains these properties over years of exposure to ultraviolet radiation and weather, it is an ideal substitute for glass. A most successful application is in internally lighted signs for advertising and directions. PMMA is also employed in domed skylights, swimming pool enclosures, aircraft canopies, instrument panels, and luminous ceilings. For these applications the plastic is drawn into sheets that are machined or thermoformed, but it is also injection-molded into automobile lenses and lighting-fixture covers. Because PMMA displays the unusual property of keeping a beam of light reflected within its surfaces, it is frequently made into optical fibres for telecommunication or endoscopy. Polymethyl methacrylate was discovered in the early 1930s by British chemists Rowland Hill and John Crawford at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in England. ICI registered the product under the trademark Perspex. About the same time, chemist and industrialist Otto Röhm of Rohm and Haas AG in Germany attempted to produce safety glass by polymerizing methyl methacrylate between two layers of glass. The polymer separated from the glass as a clear plastic sheet, which Röhm gave the trademarked name Plexiglas. Both Perspex and Plexiglas were commercialized in the late 1930s. In the United States, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company (now DuPont Company) subsequently introduced its own product under the trademark Lucite. The first major application of the new plastic took place during World War II, when PMMA was made into aircraft windows and bubble canopies for gun turrets. Civilian applications followed after the war. for more: [view link] [view link] SJG “I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think.” —Socrates [view link]

PMMA Chemistry ( aircraft gun turrets, screw driver handles, and the high heels shoes which have revolutionized eroticism ) Fuck, some people are using this as a drug? Not sure if it is the same stuff. [view link] ^^^^ I think it is not the same! Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), what I am interested in. [view link] (C5O2H8)n but modified PMMA is sometimes able to achieve high scratch and impact resistance ( do they use mechanical polishing on stripper shoe bases? flame polishing? Anyone see any mold marks? ) [view link] Lichtenberg figure: high voltage dielectric breakdown in an acrylic polymer block [view link] ^^^^^ not the same [view link] The first acrylic acid was created in 1843. Methacrylic acid, derived from acrylic acid, was formulated in 1865. The reaction between methacrylic acid and methanol results in the ester methyl methacrylate.[citation needed] Polymethyl methacrylate was discovered in the early 1930s by British chemists Rowland Hill and John Crawford at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in England.[citation needed] ICI registered the product under the trademark Perspex. About the same time, chemist and industrialist Otto Röhm of Rohm and Haas AG in Germany attempted to produce safety glass by polymerizing methyl methacrylate between two layers of glass. The polymer separated from the glass as a clear plastic sheet, which Röhm gave the trademarked name Plexiglas in 1933.[citation needed] Both Perspex and Plexiglas were commercialized in the late 1930s. In the United States, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company (now DuPont Company) subsequently introduced its own product under the trademark Lucite. In 1936 ICI Acrylics (now Lucite International) began the first commercially viable production of acrylic safety glass. During World War II both Allied and Axis forces used acrylic glass for submarine periscopes and aircraft windshields, canopies, and gun turrets.[citation needed] Airplane pilots whose eyes were damaged by flying shards of PMMA fared much better than those injured by standard glass, demonstrating better compatibility between human tissue and PMMA than glass.[7] Civilian applications followed after the war.[8] Takes 2 Kg of petroleum to make 1 Kg of PMMA. PMMA is routinely produced by emulsion polymerization, solution polymerization, and bulk polymerization. Generally, radical initiation is used (including living polymerization methods), but anionic polymerization of PMMA can also be performed. To produce 1 kg (2.2 lb) of PMMA, about 2 kg (4.4 lb) of petroleum is needed.[citation needed] PMMA produced by radical polymerization (all commercial PMMA) is atactic and completely amorphous. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of atactic PMMA is 105 °C (221 °F). The Tg values of commercial grades of PMMA range from 85 to 165 °C (185 to 329 °F); the range is so wide because of the vast number of commercial compositions which are copolymers with co-monomers other than methyl methacrylate. PMMA is thus an organic glass at room temperature; i.e., it is below its Tg. The forming temperature starts at the glass transition temperature and goes up from there.[18] All common molding processes may be used, including injection molding, compression molding, and extrusion. The highest quality PMMA sheets are produced by cell casting, but in this case, the polymerization and molding steps occur concurrently. The strength of the material is higher than molding grades owing to its extremely high molecular mass. Rubber toughening has been used to increase the toughness of PMMA to overcome its brittle behavior in response to applied loads. PMMA can be joined using cyanoacrylate cement (commonly known as superglue), with heat (welding), or by using chlorinated solvents such as dichloromethane or trichloromethane[19] (chloroform) to dissolve the plastic at the joint, which then fuses and sets, forming an almost invisible weld. Scratches may easily be removed by polishing or by heating the surface of the material. Laser cutting may be used to form intricate designs from PMMA sheets. PMMA vaporizes to gaseous compounds (including its monomers) upon laser cutting, so a very clean cut is made, and cutting is performed very easily. However, the pulsed lasercutting introduces high internal stresses along the cut edge, which on exposure to solvents produce undesirable "stress-crazing" at the cut edge and several millimetres deep. Even ammonium-based glass-cleaner and almost everything short of soap-and-water produces similar undesirable crazing, sometimes over the entire surface of the cut parts, at great distances from the stressed edge.[20] Annealing the PMMA sheet/parts is therefore an obligatory post-processing step when intending to chemically bond lasercut parts together. In the majority of applications, it will not shatter. Rather, it breaks into large dull pieces. Since PMMA is softer and more easily scratched than glass, scratch-resistant coatings are often added to PMMA sheets to protect it (as well as possible other functions). Methyl methacrylate "synthetic resin" for casting (simply the bulk liquid chemical) may be used in conjunction with a polymerization catalyst such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP), to produce hardened transparent PMMA in any shape, from a mold. Objects like insects or coins, or even dangerous chemicals in breakable quartz ampules, may be embedded in such "cast" blocks, for display and safe handling. More dense than water, but about half the density of glass. Do not want to be around any PMMA fires, as it create formaldehyde if burned. ( An idea, Fembot sex dolls don't need to have feet, as extreme Lucite High Heels can just be screwed directly on to their ankles, thus minimizing fall potential. ) refractive index (1.4905 at 589.3 nm) PMMA swells and dissolves in many organic solvents; it also has poor resistance to many other chemicals due to its easily hydrolyzed ester groups. Nevertheless, its environmental stability is superior to most other plastics such as polystyrene and polyethylene, and PMMA is therefore often the material of choice for outdoor applications.[24] [view link] ^^^^^^ Pieces of perspex, the windscreen of a German plane shot down during World War II A small amount of acrylate comonomers are routinely used in PMMA grades destined for heat processing, since this stabilizes the polymer to depolymerization ("unzipping") during processing. Comonomers such as butyl acrylate are often added to improve impact strength. Comonomers such as methacrylic acid can be added to increase the glass transition temperature of the polymer for higher temperature use such as in lighting applications. Plasticizers may be added to improve processing properties, lower the glass transition temperature, or improve impact properties. Dyes may be added to give color for decorative applications, or to protect against (or filter) UV light. Fillers may be added to improve cost-effectiveness. Acrylic paint essentially consists of PMMA suspended in water; however since PMMA is hydrophobic, a substance with both hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups needs to be added to facilitate the suspension. Modern furniture makers, especially in the 1960s and 1970s, seeking to give their products a space age aesthetic, incorporated Lucite and other PMMA products into their designs, especially office chairs. Many other products (for example, guitars) are sometimes made with acrylic glass to make the commonly opaque objects translucent. [view link] 10-meter (33-foot) deep Monterey Bay Aquarium tank has acrylic windows up to 33 centimeters (13 inches) thick to withstand the water pressure ( should then be able to make Jacuzzi compatible stripper shoes, though not sure if we really want that. ) Artificial Teeth: While denture teeth can be made of several different materials, PMMA is a material of choice for the manufacturing of artificial teeth used in dental prosthetics. Mechanical properties of the material allow for heightened control of aesthetics, easy surface adjustments, decreased risk of fracture when in function in the oral cavity, and minimal wear against opposing teeth. Additionally, since the bases of dental prosthetics are often constructed using PMMA, adherence of PMMA denture teeth to PMMA denture bases is unparalleled, leading to the construction of a strong and durable prosthetic.[41] In the 1950s and 1960s, Lucite was an extremely popular material for jewelry, with several companies specialized in creating high-quality pieces from this material. Lucite beads and ornaments are still sold by jewelry suppliers. In the 1960s, luthier Dan Armstrong developed a line of electric guitars and basses whose bodies were made completely of acrylic. These instruments were marketed under the Ampeg brand. Ibanez[50] and B.C. Rich have also made acrylic guitars. Ludwig-Musser makes a line of acrylic drums called Vistalites, well known as being used by Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham. Artificial nails in the "acrylic" type often include PMMA powder.[51] High Heels [view link] Bass [view link] SJG SJG Great Enclosed Heel Stripper Shoes [view link] “I cannot teach anybody anything. [view link] recommended, and this company goes up to 9 inches. Ladies, Pleaser has 9" and 10", but they give some caveats. Do you think such heights are practical and safe? And if you say yes, do you think they should experiment with 11" and 12". I notice that the hellaheels 9" seem to be boots, so there is a full heel enclosure. Do you think that makes it safer, harder to fall off? SJG

I take your quote above from another thread today. Question to the Ladies, I just breezed through this thread, 2 ladies replied, 1 comment was sarcastic. Both of those posts were from 2019! The few other replies were mostly WTF are you doing replies yet here we are, May 2022 and you're still posting and bumping this thread for yourself and yourself only then you complain when people question your sanity and motives! Earth to the creep, nobody cares about this thread the same as 99% of your other threads yet you continue force feeding this crap on the board. You're the biggest troll here, 100%, and your use the ignore ramblings don't change that fact!
