I still have most of my hair.

I started collecting it in 1987.

I keep it in the attic in a trunk with other valuables such as my vast collection of rubber bands and old shoe laces.

Nice hair can make anyone look more attractive but IMO not a must-have to be attractive unless a person really has a thing for hair

In my opinion women can be too judgemental about a guy's looks, turning it into a character issue.

But otherwise I would say that what the OP says is true.
