“You aren’t going to write a review on me, are you?”

After finishing up an OTC session, she looked at me and asked “You aren’t going to write a review on me, are you? Are you one of those guys who writes reviews?”
I was a little taken aback. I hadn’t mentioned TUSCL, and wasn’t sure if she was referring to TUSCL or some other site.
She said that one of her customers wrote a detailed review and used her name, which really pissed her off. I told her that I did sometimes write reviews of strip clubs, but that I never mention girls by name. She was satisfied by that.
The topic of naming dancers comes up frequently. It was interesting to hear the dancers perspective, which is exactly what I thought it would be.

Doc you probably thought your cover was blown until you heard the rest of her explanation. Like, how did she know??
But on SF RedBook it was set up so that you could. You could even write a review on a street or bar hooker, one who did not in anyway advertise on RB, and so she would have no profile.

Aside from reviews that mention me by my online handle, I’ve never found myself in one. I think it would be awkward to find myself in one and caught off guard, whether it was positive or negative. But I think Nina said she found her name come up before online?
Not just "could" ... the reviews contained detailed reports of acts and prices. For that reason, to this day I would never admit to writing reviews -- even generic ones that don't mention names -- or even reading reviews. The girls still have a seething hatred of "The redbook guys"
The girls would sometimes read reviews and compare notes until they figured out who a review writer was. There was one particularly obnoxious guy who they identified and basically drove out of the club completely
When it came to AMPs, allowing walkins, the reviews were kept very tame, as LE could just walk in.
When LE busted AAMPs they did not schedule appointments, so the reviews were never involved. They did not connect the address to the RB ads and booking number. They made the bust because the neighbors were complaining. Read the police reports and talked with defense lawyers myself.
I would never make a review for an AMP girl, strip club Dancer, or a street or lounge hooker.
I only made reviews when it was okayed by the AAMP girl in question, and when I knew that she and her boss were well informed.

"Reviews? Huh? Nah I'm not into that"

Sound great?
Only one problem, back then it was a DRAG Queen Bar, so one had to be very careful as most of the women customers were fake.
Street hooker followed me out the front door. She offered to "Prove to you that I am a woman, I can do that right here."
I told her that that would not be necessary, but she was nice and nice looking. Black, high heels and a mid length dress.
Stripper on stage, black, peeled down to just high heels and makeup. Real nice too.

@sjg
According to your profile, you have not write any type of review... Lol
If you are describing the lineup (i.e. Bambi is a tall blonde with massive bolt ons, Rose is a little redhead spinner with a lot of tats) names are fine. I also think its fine to mention names if you are giving a more PG review such as "I got 3 dances each from Rose and Bambi and while Bambi was very mechanical and seemed to be disinterested, Rose was much more seductive and seemed to be 100% into it."
And of course ALWAYS name ROBs by name to help out your fellow PLs.

Something tells me these are NOT the only personalities that SJG has.....
