Rating the dancers

How do you rate the dancers in the club. A review rated the dancers a 7 but only two dancers were there, one left and when he got a VIP the other dancer wasn't into the dance! How is this a 7? More like a 3. What do you think?

But shouldn't the quality of the dance be the majority of the rating, after all they are "Dancers". A 10 that gives an air dance becomes a 5, while a 5 that gives premium grind becomes an 8. This isn't a rating for a runway model, but for a dancer in a stripclub. Clothes stay on deduct half of the looks rating. SIMPLE.

Just use the criteria that @founder provided. Why do y'all feel you need add your own little twist to it?

Dress size in single digits................. +1 point

Nice looking boobs greater than C... +2 points
Nice looking ass............................... +1 point
Wanna sink my teeth in that ass....... +2 points
Those are the looks point system. Bonus points can be added to non-10's for:
Regularly does Kegels........................ +2 points
Swallows.............................................. +1 point
Can deep throat most if not all of it........+2 points

I rate them in terms of looks.
Since I have a niche taste (all about the bod and don't care much about the face and I like thick-girls), I tend to rate them more how I think the avg custy would see them vs how I see them (as to not mislead the avg custy).
