Actually, spending more money than what the club sells is likely enough. For instance, if their ultimate VIP package is $800 and you spend more than that, you're likely a high roller.
John Smith is probably the highest roller, but now with legal weed in most states we can all roll one and be high on out visits. Just answering for a little friend.
