“The more a person needs to be right, the less certain he is...”
~ Bud Bundy to Kelly Bundy regarding his sexual experience with a Virtual Sex Machine.
Episode User Friendly (9 Apr. 1995) from “Married With Children”
Bud was part of an experiment using a virtual sex machine. It emulated and improved the real thing so well that Bud gave up all his Playboys and even rejected his hot new girlfriend Amber (Juliet Marie Tablak, 5’ 2”) who was the visiting niece of Marcy the next door neighbor.
Dialogue between Kelly and Bud: (could not find the clip in YouTube, sorry)
Kelly Bundy: Hey, Bud.
What's in the box?
Bud Bundy: Just some old things I don't need anymore.
Kelly: Your porno magazines and your rubber dolls. Okay, Bud, I don't understand. First you blow off Amber. The only woman who's ever touched you without saying, "Excuse me, sonny." And now this?
Bud: Look, Kelly. I don't need Amber, okay. I have her. Dr. Kessler introduced me to cybersex and I can create Amber any time I want.
Kelly: But she's not the real Amber.
Bud: She's better. She does what I want, whenever I want it.This is the breakthrough that men have been waiting for since the beginning of time.

And keep in mind how pathetic Bud Bundy is.... he can't keep a woman interested in him for who he is, so he would rather have a robot.
Truth is, a woman will only use a man for money when she thinks that's all he has to offer.

In the episode Bud is “upgrading” to something better:
cybersex, not a robot yet.
“Bud: Look, Kelly. I don't need Amber, okay. I have her. Dr. Kessler introduced me to cybersex and I can create Amber any time I want.

Life imitates art sometimes and vice versa.
“Sigmund Freud suggested that jokes were true, serving two purposes: aggression (such as sarcasm) or to expose unconscious desires (the sexual joke)”
Most men if given the opportunity and means upgrade, to a new house, a new car, new job, new girlfriend, new younger wife etc etc etc.
In the episode Bud says of cybersex, and I quote:
“She's better. She does what I want, whenever I want it.”
In my opinion he says he is upgrading to something better.
Sex is about transcending gender conflict and finding middle ground. Can't do this with artificial females.

SJG exactly, its a very human, intimate thing. I think most men on here act like they've never been with a woman who actually wanted to have sex with them and enjoyed it.

“There are people out there who there’s just nobody for them. Yep. People like to say things like, “there’s someone for everyone.” Nope! Not at all true, and stop saying it ’cause it’s mean to people who never find anybody. There are millions of people out there who we’ve all unanimously decided, they are light speed ugly and nobody kisses them on the lips, even. Nobody touches their genitals their entire life. They just wash it, and then they die. That’s all that happens, “aww,” and if you’re feeling bad for them, you can go find one and fuck one tomorrow, you can just solve the problem right there with all that kindness in your heart. “Aww.” Well, go fuck one. “Nah.” I didn’t think so. That’s the one way we’re all mean. Nobody does that. Nobody fucks down, nobody. People fuck up or across. Some women fuck down because a guy talked them into that it was up. Some guy, “yeah. No. You should. I’m totally up. Yeah.”

And then sometimes, like sometimes for a young man in an elite college, its a matter of understanding how the social structure is stacked against them, and learning to find other venues.
Young women are dying for car keys and wallet dates, and they do go very much for older guys.

Stuff like high schools and some type of colleges are bad places. You can't go along with the culture. Can't turn structural injustice into a self-improvement project.
But in the outside world, definite assertion will go a long way.
