Icey and the San Jose Creep, WTF?

FUCK IT!
I haven't spent much time here recently except to log in and read a few Northern Ohio reviews and skim through a couple discussion topics and I just took a quick pass through discussion titles before I logged in and I see that iceyloco has picked up the creep's pattern of posting multiple threads and self bumping them for what I suppose is an attempt at trolling/attention seeking.
Currently there are 9 creep threads and 7 icey threads out of the 30 total topics on page one and that doesn't even include Nicole who also owns a few topics on the first page. At least she's easy on the eyes but mostly I still refrain from posting in her discussions. That's over half of the topics by those two losers and Nicole. Oh well, It just reaffirms why I only sporadically post in discussions. Those three basically set the agenda there with their spam.

You can tell when SJG gets home from his minimum wage job at the Taco Bell. He posts on every one of his own threads and those of Icey. One way to solve the that problem though. Put them all on Ignore and you don't see those threads.

Roger thanks but I just checked my last 30 posted discussion topics. There were 3 joke threads among those 30 topics, you didn't reply in any of them just like most of the other members didn't reply either. I didn't count replies but I don't think any of them had more than 3 replies which told me hardly any of you guys cared about or enjoyed what I posted so my perspective on those results is why should I take the time to start those threads if people ignore them.

@ Warrior, just as there are some guys here that are proud of and speak about their ignore list I guess I'm proud of the fact that I have yet to ignore anybody. It's not like I haven't been tempted to ignore a couple people but so far I've resisted. Regarding icey and the creep I usually scroll past their topics although every once in awhile I'll enter one to have a look and maybe post a comment.

They’re both misguided frustrated hippies (SJG and IceyLoco), whom are doomed to repeat past mistakes while rationalizing through a racist agenda.

Trump is not the enemy, it’s the socialist ideals these two propagate, and they will be dealt with accordingly, by way of economics in a democratic republic built by our constitution. It’s why these left wing nut jobs keep trying to change the constitution, to take away power from the people and transfer it to the party of the left for personal gain. Proof left wing nut jobs have no sanity. Why choose to live in mediocrity when you could live like a king elsewhere? Whoever called you IceyDodo has you nailed. ^ I’ve been to all three, of those countries, Nicaragua is a joke crime is all over the place there despite what you think, Panama is great for a short visit, but it too has plenty of criminal activity, worse than most major cities in the US actually, and Costa Rica has a fucked up real estate system that gives Tico squatters the ability to destroy any investment in property that you make in that country.
As far as health care is concerned it depends on where you are and is very uneven with long waits for medical attention, as usual you are talking out of your ass with zero actual knowledge.

The truth is Costa Rica could benefit from a law protecting foreign real estate investors, they shouldn’t be allowed to profit from the sale without protecting the integrity of the investment, there’s a simple solution do as Mexico does and don’t allow foreign buyers to buy property in the vicinity of the ocean, that idiot, loco, doesn’t have a pot to piss in so he thinks stealing a pot is a viable solution.

I have traveled Europe and North American because of the safety, but forget about central and South America. I’d travel and visit those locations, but never to live. Long vacations are cool.

I wouldn't engage in vulture capitalism, but I believe absentee owners should be stripped of their rights and their property expropriated. Its a huge problem in the US as well. These kind of investment properties drive up costs and ruin neighborhoods by decreasing ownership and viable incentives for residents to feel empowered/own their neighborhood. I'm all for Robin Hood type justice.
