One of those arrested was named Patel. Police have now cleared him and he is suing.

Apparently, a Porsche in the parking lot was thought to be used by one of the customers. The car was registered to a woman named Patel so police, I kid you not, looked through Florida drivers license photos until they found a man with the last name Patel who looked like the guy they had on video. Police released his name to the media.

For those who don’t know, Patel is probably the most common Indian name. Turns out, the guy they arrested was not the guy in the video. Just some unlucky nobody whose family got dragged through the mud by sloppy ( and racist ?) police work.

When you vote for Democrats to run the show, this is what you get. Oops almost forgot: you get 90% of the school shootings as well.

Not sure how unlucky he is. Probably get a decent chunk of money out of it.

I bet all the charges are dismissed for those that don't talk.

If the cops thought these poor 40+ y/o were getting trafficked, why didn't they shut down the amp immediately? In a sense, the cops were trafficking those ladies.

It would be nice if you guys condemned this overreach of law enforcement behavior, without regard to politics, but that would require an open mind, and a realization that neither group Conservative or Liberal have a monopoly on hypocrisy.

Agree so they can profit from all the arrest

The overreach by police is because the police have thought themselves above the law, and lawmakers, prosecutors, and courts of both major parties are letting them get away with it.

Attacking the police is political dynamite outside of your far left socialists like Bernie and AOC. It's dangerous for most Dems to be seen soft on crime

    +1 to twentyfive:
well said: "It would be nice if you guys condemned this overreach of law enforcement behavior, without regard to politics, but that would require an open mind, and a realization that neither group Conservative or Liberal have a monopoly on hypocrisy.

-1 to Skibum and others who turn everything into polarizing politics, especially when they get the facts wrong. Martin County, where the busts took place, voted for Trump.

    @ twenyfive and @georgmicrodong @lonewolf
EXACTLY!!! Cops above the law. All politicians share in their hypocrisy. This is why I never trust a cop. Ever! I act “respectfully” towards them, but that “act” of respect does not equal trust. That “act” of respect is to get them to get the fuck away from me ASAP. I also do not trust a politician as far as I can throw him/her.

I truly hope that the police department and whoever allowed the illegal jack booted thuggery to to place gets taken to the cleaners (badges, money, respect, careers) from law suits.
