Even at my age it still amazes me the difference eye make up makes in a woman's appearance.
I interacted today with a woman at work whose make up is usually on point and she has gorgeous eyes. She's in her late 20s.
Today she wasn't wearing her make up and I swear she looked exhausted and possibly sick.
It's amazing.
lol that actually happened at work today with a co-worker that just got back from maternity. She always looks great and we used to do sporting events together. She had dark skin under her eyelids and I did comment on her baby walking her up. I felt like that was a social fopaw cause she will probably take extra time to mask her circles under her eyes in the am.

I like well-done makeup on a woman but can't say I particularly notice eye-makeup, kinda notice eye-makeup when it's bad - if I notice any kinda makeup specifically it would probably be a sexy lipstick.
