I've had very few lap dances still, and almost all of them were bad. In those cases I just brace myself for it to end since I feel awkward at that point.

I pay after the dances and if I do not see any potential I move on to the next dancer that interests me.

If It's bad I usually bear it to the end of the song and stop - on rare occasion I'll stop the dance and just pay ger to go away.

I try to judge their lap dances before I'm stuck having to pay them any money in the first place. I'll typically tell them what I want and expect from them and the price I'll pay and they can either take it or leave (or keep sitting in my lap). I'll also see what I can get from her for free, such as groping her chest or genitalia, light kissing, or getting any of her clothes off; the idea being that if I can get it for free, I can definitely get it by paying for it.

Many Atlanta clubs are air-dance clubs bc of local ordinances - some clubs lie under different local ordinances that allow contact - but since air-dance clubs are so prevalent the air-dance shit sips into the few contact clubs (not counting Follies) - in ATL contact-clubs not Follies, I've had to resort to telling the dancer what kinda dance I want prior to agreeing to dances - I got tired of the high failure rate of paying for dances and rhen hoping they were worthwhile.

If there is that much disparity in the type of dance being offered, it's usually because the dancer is new. I try to figure that out before I agree to a dance in a club I'm familiar with.

It depends on some other factors, primarily how hot she is and what kind interaction we had before the dances. My reactions bascially run the same spectrum its just other factors come in to play. Even assuming 7+ leaves a lot of room for variance. For example, a 7 won't get nearly the slack a 9.5 will. And a 6 probably won't get anything other than dismissed, so they aren't worth considering either.

A really shitty dance but the girl is still smoking hot and charming, I probably won't stop in the middle of the song but I won't go for another or tip. A shitty dance from a girl who basically just wanna danced me I might very well cut her off in middle of the first the dance or at least like the OP said totally loose interest and start playing on my phone or whatever. My mood also factors in, and if I'm local/traveling. On the road, personality isn't much of a consideration compared to to body and mileage. As long as she's not a raving bitch, I really don't care. Well I don't have the long history of strip clubs that you do. Dancers are treated better than civilians - mostly because they are in better shape and know how to hustle. Even your Brass Rail seemed to have good decorum for the 30 minutes I was there - but maybe you have seen it all.

Since you have such a passion for writing, but strip club experience limited to a particular region, I have a suggestion for you. Pack your bags and start a journey across America. Visit every strip club in every city. Upscale, Dive, all of it. Report your experiences through a blog or facebook/youtube. That will partially fund your trip expenses. At the end you may be the only guy who has visited all 1000 strip clubs in America. Even more than Wallanon. 5 years down Rick's Cabaret may consult you on where and how they should open their new strip club.

I will be traveling across the US, and through Northern Mexico, in order to expand a business. And I will be partaking of the women in strip clubs everywhere I go.
