Prostitution is legally the "agreed upon" exchange of goods or money for sex.
If you get her a Louis bag and she fucks you its not prostitution unless that was agreed upon. Same shit if you ask her if she wants to get high, its legally different from one or both of you agreeing to fuck in exchange for drugs.
