  Everything you listed can happen inside of a strip club. Just not in strip clubs in your area because of strict laws which you aren't going to be able to change. Why not just go to a strip club and offer to pay a stripper to give you a private show in a hotel room?
  
  I think your idea of "pooling resources" is a little silly. It's going to be WAY harder to get a girl to go into a hotel room with multiple dudes versus just one.

  I’m about an 8 hour drive from DC but if enticed ... I really enjoy watching live sex shows. Live sex with me is of interest as well, but I’ve found that in clubs. I’ve had to arrange it with couples for private porn shows. I’ll pm my email just in case.
