Everything you listed can happen inside of a strip club. Just not in strip clubs in your area because of strict laws which you aren't going to be able to change. Why not just go to a strip club and offer to pay a stripper to give you a private show in a hotel room?

I think your idea of "pooling resources" is a little silly. It's going to be WAY harder to get a girl to go into a hotel room with multiple dudes versus just one.
