Louisville vs. Lexington KY

The other night I was getting ready to stop for the evening in Louisville, but in all candor wasn't thrilled by the reviews of the Louisville clubs (thank you to GMD and countryman among others). Bikini with alcohol? Cracking down on extras? $20+ dancer drinks? Of course I could make it work if I had to, but having a little flexibility, I widened my search a bit.

That is when I came across Lexington, which has full nude, full alcohol, and even smoking allowed (I like to indulge when I drink). I also read some interesting things about a couple of the clubs and I wasn't disappointed. I will write my reviews later, but suffice it to say that I had a great time in Lexington.

The two cities are only an hour apart on Rt 64. All I can say is that the Louisville club owners should probably be grateful that Lexington isn't any closer.

    It’s a very conservative town with tons of churches so it’s kinda surprising but Lexington does have good clubs. I’ve had lots of fun there several times. If I lived in Louisville I’d probably make the trip regularly.

    GMD will say that if you lived in Louisville, you would find what you are looking for there. I had a good time in Lexington one night but it was during the Derby and my hotel rate doubled. I had the best time in the Platinum Plus but it has since been sold and the new owners have raised prices and lowered mileage.

    It’s not the club owners’ fault. Blame the local mega church, Churchill Downs and 4th Street Live. And of course, the City Council. They’re the holier than thou busybodies who think they know what’s best.

    That said, I’ve never made that trip down I64 just for Lexington clubs, even though I’m 15 minutes closer than that hour. Went a couple times on other business, but never for *only* clubbing. Just not worth it.

    I’ll admit that seeing nude on the floor again would be nice, but I don’t consider it a huge loss, considering.

    Next time you’re in town, and that trip down the highway looms inconvenient, message me and maybe I can show you why I don’t bother. :)

    @gmd: I have no doubt that you have a home field advantage. As a road hound, I had to go with the place that gave me the best options. I probably wouldn't drive 45+ minutes just for stage nudity either if my local action was good.

    In lexington spearmint rhino or platinum dolls for eye candy only! Cowboys good mileage divas dive with extras but most of the dancers are dog ugly there! Deja all young crowd and young girls! Louisville is a joke ! The escort scene is way the hell better than Louisville clubs! But if you are such a pl you have to go to a Louisville club! Blue diamond thoroughbred or foxy ladies are best! Yes sometimes you can get a bj or fs in vip but it's a huge rob crapshoot! To me it's not worth another penny of my time when i can get good gfe escorts way cheaper to hold myself over to trips to what shithole Louisville will never be paradise! Tj

    Country, if you consider Diva's to be a dive, then I have serious doubts about wether you have ever truly seen one. I've been in some down and dirty hell hole dives and Diva's doesn't come anywhere close. If you are in a place where four guys are getting serviced while sitting in folding metal chairs, with Spanish music playing from the juke box that the dancers themselves must feed, then you are in a dive. If the bathroom is so filthy that it is more sanitary NOT to wash your hands, then you are in a dive. If the primary source of light is a few exposed bulbs, then you are in a dive.

    As far as the girls there, half of them working on that night could have worked anywhere. Are you a dayshift visitor maybe?

    Idk, but I'm starting to believe that maybe you KY boys are very spoiled.

    I've worked in SR Lexington before. Girls there are cute though not 9s or 10s by my standards. The club is alright from a dancer pov, but there is easier and bigger money to be made elsewhere. Some mileage with some girls, not sure about extras. I didn't try anywhere else in Lexington.

    Most girls I talked to in Lexington say Louisville is really bad and a lot of extras. I don't know if this is true. I never tried Louisville. The last time I was there I drove through and I saw a truck was on fire w/ black fumes rising up on some bridge.

    Countryman5434, if that’s what does it for you, more power to you. I personally can’t imagine that traveling a thousand miles to a foreign country is going to get me better sex than than I can get right here less than an hour from home. I might be wrong, but there’s no way, short of giving me a paid vacation at someone else’s expense, you’re going to convince me that I am.

    The Louisville escort scene is, in my opinion, not nearly worth the time and effort. There are a few stars, but their availability is limited, and the prices they charge make my strip club trips look positively penny pinching in comparison.

    Nah, I’ll take the clubs, thanks. :)

    +1 GMD. I did TJ some years ago and I found the experience to be underwhelming. If I had to choose between fucking around with pretty corn fed country girls in KY, where the prices are already pretty reasonable, or traveling back to a Mexican shithole just to have a series of transactional experiences with girls that can barely speak English, I know my choice.

    Who the hell said anything about “at a [...] club”? :)

    As for the 150-250 GFE you’re getting, that’s way better than I ever say. Even at that level, I saw enough drugs, pimps, sketchy hotels, flakiness, clock watching, lateness and “GFE” used far more as a marketing buzzword than as anything indicating a level of service, to make strippers look like upstanding members of the community in comparison.

    Who are you seeing that gives you an actual GFE at that price?
