Changing Format

There have been a lot of changes recently.

Not regularly, sporadically

Well, there' still some pages with different layouts. for example Discussions has top/bottom navigation while Articles has a sidebar for Navigation. Daily reviews has a top navigation, but its different from the discussions one. At least that's how I see it on Desktop, using Firefox/Chrome on Windows/Linux (looks the same in both browsers on both OS's)

I never really use the site on my phone, so I dunno about there.

Which goes to show he's not using a web framework. Legacy pages.
