Is it me or does this site change the format and the way to navigate through the site on a somewhat regular basis?

Well, there' still some pages with different layouts. for example Discussions has top/bottom navigation while Articles has a sidebar for Navigation. Daily reviews has a top navigation, but its different from the discussions one. At least that's how I see it on Desktop, using Firefox/Chrome on Windows/Linux (looks the same in both browsers on both OS's)
I never really use the site on my phone, so I dunno about there.
