Can you flush toilet paper down the toilets in Tijuana bathrooms?

The toilets at the Hotel Cascadas work like any toilet in the US. Can't say that I went anywhere else.

idk what the cost was (and is) for the cali sewage treatment plant that takes in the discharge of the tijuana river at a san ysidro/ imperial beach. butt you can rest easy that the water is clean by the time it enters the ocean. (maybe a flood situation might circumvent that.)

it is funny that usa has the responsibility of the final few miles of the tijuana river. somebody should have figured that out and given the tijuana river totally to mexico. as some other post said usa should have possessed Baja California. right down the Colorado River. butt if that happened... no zona norte.

It's more the custom in Mexico. Most places toilet goes to a fosa that gets pumped out occasionally. Modern TP dissolves. No problem. Older butt wipe doesn't and plugs things up.
