Hotel Cascadas Actual Hotel Number? Need Help. Thanks

I know I need to go to PedEast, but I want to know how to call Hotel Cascadas. The number I had for them last trip was not working (I got it from their website). I already reserved a room, I just want to know how to contact them so they can send the shuttle and pick me up. Thanks for any advice.

calling ahead to the hotel usually doesn't result in anything. unless possibly you're running late and you call them to hold your reservation...

just be around the shuttle pick up points. it'll show up at either Point sooner or later. if the first one isn't at that little dirt lot beside the walkway I walk to the Zona shuttle office. Usually there's an attendent on duty dressed in Black... the shuttle usually arrives within 15 minutes maximum..
