In Vegas, it's legal for you to invite a stranger up to your room and have her strip naked for you. Law Enforcement will never do this and an independent escort will understand why you're asking. So no compromising dialogue until she's naked in your hotel room.

Since you are staying at Paris, you can use the underground walkway to Bally's and circulate the Bally's casino (bars), too. If you don't find anything of your liking at Paris or Bally's, Planet Hollywood, next door, is not too far for a woman to walk with you. I have had most success between 10 pm and 3 am.

When you locate a woman of your liking at any of the casino bars, a smile will usually be enough. Or, a simple "hi" will do.
