Most of the unpublished negative reviews I come across are seriously lacking in detail and that probably explains why they get rejected. Many of them are barely long enough to make a full paragraph.
I actually saw one in which the entire review was one sentence that basically just said "all the girls were ugly, the music was too loud and the dances are overpriced." Obviously that type of review won't make it through the screening process.
As whodey mentioned, it's about giving sufficient details/info - if all one does is rant in a review with no other details then that's not a review - similarly positive reviews with no details often get rejected nowadays, e.g.:
"... Went up to the bar and ordered a beer. Surveyed the club then noticed a blonde spinner. She joined me at the bar and after some chit chat got a couple of dances which were pretty good. Had a good time with Bambi but it was getting late so called it might ..."
A review like that is not negative but it's not saying much (prices, dance mileage, describing the rest of the dancer-crew, etc)
Maybe if the OP put a bit of effort into a review it would get published, sounds to me like OP is just lazy, at the very least this question indicates lazy thinking.
I’ve approved both negative and positive reviews. The reviews must be readable by a human - and they must not be a rant about a single aspect of a club that pissed them off.
Jack, don't blame others for rejecting a shit review. The review standards have improved around here now that the VIP members have taken the reigns. Just publish enough details about why the club sucked and I have no doubt that your review will be published.

No real detail as to why, just ranting about not getting a drink fast enough, or the girls not paying enough attention, or something like that.
Others I’ve seen have been on the order of, “Walked in at 6. Nothing going on. Left within 5 minutes.”
