Probably the worst thing is the expectations not being met........which in turn is a waste of time and money--or the guilt trip of asking for more once you have seen them a time or two because of issues in their life.
Here are the scams I've received.
1. asking for money ahead of meet and greet (to show your serious) and never meeting.
2. agreeing to traditional arrangement but surprised after a few meetings when you are trying to be more affectionate and flirty and they weren't into that and surprised you are suggesting it.
3. agreeing to an arrangement but once the money is received not fulfilling the time commitment.
4. there are those that are asking for money right off the bat for pictures or just to continue chatting, but I don't fall for those. But 1 2 and 3 I've foolishly been a part of. Now I'm wise, though and harder to dupe.
All in all, strippers are far more trustworthy, hotter and more fun than any of my SA dates. I have yet though to find the balance of sweet woman I can care about and care for who will also sleep with me. There are strippers who will, but they aren't the ones I'd like to spend time with.
I've suspended my SA account to focus on a stripper I met at the club and have been dating on the side. My stripper sugar baby, who doesn't sleep with me, is fully supportive of my efforts.
I think for those of us who aren't using SA as a replacement for backpage escorts, just a few guidelines avoids 95% of the scams:
1. Fake name, 2nd phone line, photos unique to SA (can't be reverse imaged searched back to your LinkedIn page)
2. No money without intimacy, period, end of story. No payment for a non-intimate meet and greet. No payment for pictures. Intimacy and allowance happen at the same time, or not at all. PPM only at first, no exceptions.
3. Payment is through cash only, period, end of story. No paypal, venmo, getting on your uber account, no bank account numbers. A huge number of scams revolve around this
4. You can break rules 1 & 3 when you know each other really really well
One example recently of a SA profile showing a gorgeous, slender, Latina who could pass for a Victoria's Secret model. I did a reverse image search on *her* image and turned out that it was stolen from Victoria's Secret website. So reverse image search is probably a good idea, too.
I did have one who asked if she could just send some pics for cash, but I ended up meeting her and got some head in my car instead. Another one recently told me that if I ever ghost her or play with her emotions too much she will track me down and come to my home. Seriously, she said this to me. Well, fine, fuck it, come and track me down then! I'll just end up having sex with her again, except this time I won't have to drive all the way to her place. And I'm not paying if it's not scheduled in advance. So that sounds good to me.
Other than that, here are two brief conversations that I had on SA that *might* have been scams (but probably weren't):
1) Girl #1: Hello dear, how are you doing? Your profile is interested, sounds you have many experience!
Me: Your profile is poorly writted, sounds you have many problem with English language. Please go scam someone else!
2) Girl # 2: Hi
Me: Hey there. All the way from Colorado. I'm flattered.
Girl # 2: You should be lol
Me: Are there no pay-piggies on your side of the Rockies? ;)
Me: That wasn't intended to be in any way derogatory. I think it's an industry term, actually
Girl # 2: Your hillarous
Me: :)
burlingtonho... girl#2... lol!
