This is mostly used in Portland, and I am not there. But this sight was clearly great, as you can contact your favorite dancer, and so the possibilities were endless, and of course this meant that the ITC experiences would be great too.

This is to be a lifeboat only. Thanks to the 10 who have recently joined. I don't have much experience administrating this, but you should be able to test it out with some posts right now. Please keep it within PG rated.

There is nothing about an alternative in the works, you are purely speculating. They are closing simply because of FOSTA and would rather do it voluntarily rather than being forced to. To quote part of that link:
"Unfortunately this new bill puts us in a precarious position as a social networking site. Our options are to 1) actively censor content created by users; or 2) leave content uncensored and risk criminal liability. After giving this a lot of careful consideration, we have decided that we can't take the risk associated with this new bill and will be closing down XoticSpot in 30 days time on June 1st 2018.
Please note that we did not come to this decision lightly, and spent a lot of time debating our options before reaching this decision. Over the next month, we will be working with our partnered club owners to help migrate their websites and ensure dancers are payed out for any remaining balances in their account.
We would like to personally thank all of the members of XoticSpot who have signed up over these past nine years. Our original vision for creating XoticSpot was to provide a safe place online for exotic dancers to share tips with each other, help build up a regular clientele, and create an online community for the local strip club scene. We feel that we have accomplished a lot of what we originally set out to do; and could not have done it without you awesome gals and guys! But at this point, it's time to say goodbye. We wish everyone here the best of luck and hope to see you down at the clubs in the future."
While it is quite possible another alternative could come up in the future, it's pretty clear that the owners are done with it with their good-bye at the end.
All that said it was a good resource for the Portland SC monger. I had an ATF once that used the site a lot and I used it to scope out future faves. But in my experience I had more faves that didn't use it than did.
