I will be travelling to Phoenix for business next week. I'll definitely have time to hit up either HiLiter or BSC one night I'm there, but I'll also have some time to make a daytime visit. Any recommendations for clubs with good day shifts? Clubs to avoid?

Both clubs are excellent for daytime! Both are the best in the valley. I would stay away from the lower rated clubs on tuscl. If it's a weekday your best bet is these 2 clubs, case closed. Just go to these 2.
Christie's Tempe best for day time visit.

My advice is get the Hell out of Arazona and go to the Church in Houston
