That's the problem w/ government - it's never big-enough - in their eyes we work for them instead of them working for us.
All this stupid outdated anti-prostitution laws just lead to problems including an unnecessary drain of public resources which are better used elsewhere or just to stop milking the public.
It seems like the bigger the city, the higher the stripper permits. Atlanta charges $350 while little Chamblee where Follies is located only charges $100. And some cities charge nothing like Columbia SC.
The permit fees are one thing. But just requiring the permits intimidates girls from dancing and it makes them subject to all kinds of prejudicial actions by LE.
The permit requirement should be deemed unconstitutional. The fee itself is not such a big deal.
Complaining about the fee is attacking that which protects the girls' incomes. Rather like the Libertarians who actually believe that they are 'paying taxes'.
