Dude, you're in Tampa, just drive 5 minutes in any direction and you'll find an awesome Cuban restaurant go grab a quick cafecito at - that should give you the caffeine jolt you're looking for. Personally, I highly recommend La Terasita and La Lechonera.
Or when you see Dougster panhandling give him a $50, that will boost your spirits.
