  Decaf makes no sense to me. It’s like alcohol free beer. Salsa without chips. Or a strip club without extras...

  Dude, you're in Tampa, just drive 5 minutes in any direction and you'll find an awesome Cuban restaurant go grab a quick cafecito at - that should give you the caffeine jolt you're looking for. Personally, I highly recommend La Terasita and La Lechonera.
