What’s the obsession with porn starlets ?

I have been in clubs when they have a "feature" porn star dancing.
They are usually frightening!! Yes most do not dance the club circuit until they are has beens but most of the ones I have seen are not attractive at all in person. I once had a former "Playboy Model" solicit me for private dances at a club where she was a feature.
The posters showed her in all her airbrushed glory but in person she looked 60 when she was actually 35ish.
Porn stars should stay on the screen and real girls should be real.

I suspect the vast majority of references you see to porn starlets are specific to their looks and/or performance on screen, not necessarily a specific desire to be with these women IRL. And while porn actresses benefit from makeup and lighting to look better on film than they would running out for groceries, the same has to be said for dancers.

As for the notion of going "where no man has gone before," hold on to whatever fallacies you like, but the chances of hooking up with a virgin dancer are virtually nil. And while you certainly have a better shot at finding a "low mileage" dancer than a "low mileage" porn actress, keep in mind porn stars are tested regularly as part of their job so chances are higher you'd bring home a social disease from a stripper or civilian.

Comparing a dancer to a porn star provides a visual frame of reference in a non visual forum (this one). It doesn't necessarily mean we think we're ever going to fuck that "pen" star.

I think we all prefer the... errr... unplowed field. That said, good luck getting accurate details about a dancer's sexual history. The most seemingly/convincingly innocent dancer might be doing more volume customer service than the corner Burger King.

Whereas, porn stars in the US are required to get STD testing every 2 weeks. Foolproof and perfect... no. But show me dancer offering FS who does the same thing.

I'd never fuck a porn star as P4P. When offered, they always tack on an extra $700 to $1000 for the fame fee. Not worth it.

Interesting subject - have been wondering on this aspect of the question and appreciate any input.
Seems like PS’s last 3-10 years, so say avg career of 6-ish years. Strippers can start at 18/19, and some go (sadly) for 20 years. I’d think a PS MIGHT do 1 shoot/wk, if she’s energetic and in demand, a stripper may do ~4 shifts/wk. So, gangbangs aside, does the PS get more or less sex than an attractive - and accommodating - dancer? I know of a couple dancers that will go ‘extra’ 5 or 6 times in a shift, if the conditions are right...
One big reason I (almost) never kiss a dancer unless I’m pretty sure to be her first customer - but who knows what went down before she clocked-in?
I’m thinking an extras-friendly dancer gets 5x as much sexual contact as a PS, and for more years.

I completely agree. If you have no desire to fuck the town tramp then you have no desire to fuck a stripper. They're likely one and the same person.

The thought of fucking an actual literal virgin is very unappealing to me, mostly because I don't like the idea of someone bleeding during sex. Kind of a turn off. I'd rather have a porn star. It's really no different than comparing them to regular actresses or at least notable female personalities. Being this is a strip club forum, a larger portion of us are into porn than the average person, so it stands to reason that some will compare a stripper to a porn star. Besides, many porn stars started out as strippers before they became porn stars.
