It's not bath water... Women do have a version of a prostate gland (paraurethral and Skenes' glands) which expands into a palpable urethral sponge which surrounds the urethra. These glands actually drain into the urethra and maybe even the bladder (much of this fluid actually comes from the or forms in the bladder almost instantly and almost all of it comes out of the urethra just like men).

@Meat72 It takes time for an empty bladder to fill with urine as well as the kidneys and liver to filter blood and water of impurities and toxins. Especially if a girl hasn't hydrated herself beforehand. The first "gush" probably was mixed with urine that was in her bladder and urethra. The subsequent ones probably less so. Not all fluid that enters a woman's bladder is urine or originating from the kidneys, some of it could be retrograde ejaculate.
