If you spend less than you would ITC, then why not? There's more privacy and comfort, no bouncer or cameras, the time restraints shouldn't be as strict. As long as the price is fully negotiated and agree upon, you might actually get more for your money. Of course once you're in the motel thing could escalate or go in the other direction even depending how comfortable they are.
