I'm always wrong on stocks. For example I predicted a massive selloff when Trump was elected. My latest prediction: market has tax-cuts baked into the price. The tax bill will fail in Congress and will take the market with it. So sell stocks and buy Bitcoin or something.

Stocks tanked? The most constructive thing which could happen for our country is a bursting of the stock market bubble. I hope then this is the start.

I work on the weekends at a casino and the uniform office is only open on the weekdays so I had to go into work today on my day off to deal with some uniform issues. I figured I might as well get lunch there too just to make the visit worth it.

I hung out in the Sports Book and asked them to send a food runner. I expected the cute food runner girl who has a crush on me to come and take my order because she said she was working today but they sent someone else. The food was overpriced and was ok but not phenomenal.

I'm now bored out of my mind and have to figure out what to do to occupy myself for the rest of the day. I do have half a cold pizza in the fridge though which I'll eat for dinner.

I had a shitty week, too. He engine blew (no, not a BBBJ, sorry) in my less than 11 month-old-to-me car, fuck. Getting the runaround on if the mfg will honor it as a warranty repair and if they pay for a rental car (that's how I've been getting to work and back this week). Rental needs to go back today otherwise I'll bounce my checking account/debt card. Trying to a avoid using a payday loan place. One day till payday!!

Well either way, not by putting my money into other people's affairs. That really is just glorified gambling. And if it seems to do well, that's just because the government is making it go well via low upper income taxes and deficit spending.

I put my money into my own affairs. And I am not doing this alone, I am going this with a close circle of associates which I am further building up.

This way, even if a business fails, it is not a total loss. Much is learned, and there will be other opportunities opened. It is always better when you are building up a team and can draw upon each others expanding knowledge and build a range of businesses.

Wealth is that which lets people live in this world, not financialization. Like Buckminster Fuller said, "You either make dollars or you make sense."
