EXXXOTICA EXPO 2017-ANYBODY EVER BEEN TO?

I've gone twice to the Edison, NJ convention, in 2010 and 2011. It's ok, but there's pretty good odds that you'll leave with blue balls. In short, it's not a strip club. Having said that, I'm generally pretty star-struck, and I would rather pay extra for a porn star than "settle" for an anonymous dancer. Some of their dancers were pretty hot, but I still zeroed in on the porn stars. I managed to hook up with a porn star at the 2010 convention, and I also became friendly with a different porn star at the following year's event, enough so that when she finally did some feature dancing at a club in my area a few years later she remembered me and I was able to convince her to do some OTC. Both times they were extremely expensive and not something that I would do on a regular basis. Maybe I'll try again this year, I don't know.

The little head wanted me to extend a business trip to Chicago to catch Exxxotica last year. All he could think of was all the young adult entertainers (porn stars, strippers, hookers, cam girls, etc) that were in town and filling the hotels. He thought it would be the best P4P hunting grounds I've ever seen.

However, the big head had other thoughts.

1)Way too many PLs crowding into town. I prefer to be the big fish spending money in the small pond of a dive bar instead of one of hundreds in a packed club.

2)Uncle Leo may be hiding behind every corner. I have no interest in meeting my least favorite Uncle while I'm out and about.

1. Over inflated prices at the strip clubs due to the numerous "feature entertainers" that would be performing. I've seen how much some clubs inflate their prices (cover charge, lap dance prices, drink prices, etc) when they have a featured dancer and I don't want to imagine what they charge if there are multiple features dancing.

In the end I ended up deciding not to go. Maybe if some of the trusted vets on here have had a positive experience with these events I'll reconsider someday. If not I'll just assume the big head was smarter than the little head like usual.

They have it in Miami often (not sure if ti's every year) - thought about going in the past but figured the most-mileage I'd get is maybe a photo w/ a porn-star while maybe grabbing her ass - I figured I'd leave w/ blue-balls as BHF mentioned - usually these "big publicity" events are just "publicity" and not much real-action, IMO (no firsthand knowledge)

I actually clubbed in Chicago one night of Exxxotica this year. Saw the billboards and gave thought to seeing if I could get into the convention, but then looked up the schedule and realized I wasn't going to get more than a half an hour's worth of time before it closed down.

The club experience was no different, that I could tell, with the convention going on. Maybe there were a few dancers that weren't on shift as usual because they were working the floor that day. That was it. Prices were no different.

I've never been. I was on the fence a few years ago - as I was texting a girl who was going to be working a booth there - and she kept asking for me to come and meet up with her.

It could be fun. If you aren't too far from Edison - and you set expectations low - and just go to have a good time. If you go expecting to hook up - it might be disappointing.
