The TUSCL tagline used to be static - about a year ago TUSCLer "JohnSmith69" posted a thtead saying it should change b/c the one used at the time was sorta lame - TUSCLers started putting suggestions in the thread and all those suggestions eventually became the rotating taglines one sees today (many of them are sorta inside jokes from the discussion board):
