How do you all feel about dancers who have had breast lifts with the anchor scar. I notice that a lot of women end up with a breast lift when they get their previous boob job redone. I think over time the breast will start to hang off of implant requiring the breast to be lifted back onto the implant.

well done implants are fine.
Good implants are fine. There's a previous thread that touches on "gummy bear" implants. Those are the best of the bunch, if the dancer can afford them.
Isn't that kinda the definition of good?
If they weren't good, they wouldn't be fine. And if they aren't fine, they wouldn't be good.
All implants will eventually sag for the same reasons real breasts sag. Gummy bear implants just never leak, but that can sag like any other filling type. It's the textured implants that do not drop into position bc they have a Velcro like coating. Some implants can drop too low, which is an issue beyond normal breast sagging. The textured ones shouldn't have this problem, but they can have other problems, bc they are hard to place from the start, and the gummy ones have a less natural shape on top of that.
Anchor scar, not sure I've ever heard that term but it makes perfect sense.
I don't see that very often anymore and sometimes it's very distracting. If a hot girl had it, I still wouldn't turn down a lapdance over it though.

I like my breasts natural, don't like them altered via implants nor lifts
