Just curious, does drinking beer make you feel colder or warmer?
It cools me down. A dancer said it made her feel warmer. If I drink a few cold beers, it feels like the temperature of my hands drops down into the 50's or 60's or cooler.
The temperature of my hands can get cold so I may not be normal.
I usually feel hot so feeling colder in a hot southern climate can feel good.
I believe there are a bunch of cold blooded people living here in the southern US that get cold of the wind blows so maybe beer makes them feel warmer. I'm curious.
Got something to say?

No disrespect sharkhunter, but you are a real weirdo! I don't mean anything negative by that, since being a weirdo can be brilliant! ;)
flagooner, I know what you mean, though personally I've never been a big drinker. Even when I was 16. Other kids at my school got drunk or stoned on marijuana but I generally avoided it.
But sometimes being the guy that drives people has benefits!
I did read humans have part insect DNA, it's hard to get away from some strange things.
Apparently, alien DNA and alien life forms have been raining down on Earth ever since it existed. Example, red rain first found in Indonesia has red microbes that consists of alien DNA not found elsewhere on Earth. I'm surprised NASA didn't do a little investigation and confirm it. Maybe they are saving things for another time. Of course not wanting to raise a panic that Earth is being bombarded with alien life forms might upset the general population.
I doubt it though. Everyone is mainly concerned with their own lives and as long as they can pay their bills, get on their phones and iPads, pcs, etc, all is good.

A quick search for red rain had a separate account of red rain happening after a report of a comet exploding r passing through the atmosphere in one case. Apparently the microbes reproduce at either 130 or 300 degreesCelsiuis, not at room temperatures which is too cold for it. What else these red possibly alien microbes might do is unknown.
