Adding clubs to Cities

Hey, do anyone knows what it takes to add a club ?
I ve tried a couple of times to add clubs using the "Add Club" menu link but the club never showed up. I wanted to add reviews on these clubs.

    Sometimes it takes Founder quite awhile to get new clubs added. Especially if they are out of the country. Wait a couple more weeks and then send him a PM if they are still missing.

    AFAIK Founder has a fulltime job and does TUSCL on the side, so he keeps busy.

    I live in the UK and almost always have trouble adding new clubs here and elsewhere in Europe. But in one recent case the club closed soon after I tried to add it so I did not need to pm founder!
