  There was a girl at my fave club who sore pigtails, management finally came down and said "no pigtails". While I think this is classic SC powerplay over-managing, I also have to admit that in this one case, I'm happy with the results.   I think it is to make them look cute but doesn't always work for some. The only one I remember was a few months back and she was older. The pigtails made her look even older. Not good!
