Going for business next week Miami and have pleasure try Tootsie for first time. I notice location of Tootsie quite far from anything. Cannot walk to, must take the Uber and it can be long Uber ride from Miami hotspot.

Tootsies is in a so-so neighborhood, so you don't wanna be walking around or walking to it.
In Hotels.com you can put an exact address (e.g. Tootsies' address) and it will list the distance of each hotel to Tootsies - Hotels.com has filters and one can sort the results by different criteria such as "guest rating"
