A man in his 60's was beaten to death. In Michigan your concealed pistol permit does not allow you to carry in bars. I want to see the law changed so I protect myself wherever I am.

Having followed Jackslash's link to the online newspaper article and then to the original report of the attack at the bar, it seems there were two other 2am'ers all at strip clubs from that area in the same month. The other two were shootings at Centerfolds and Ace of Spades (within days of this parking lot fight). Did ShadowCat note any of this?? It was over a year ago, but damn, 3 in a row!
According to the article the accused, whom was 37 (victim 63) was the attacker/instigator (vs defending himself); he only got 8 years; IMO he deserved more.
