Gents, after a good trip Sunday I'm thinking of heading over to booby trap Doral for an experiment to see if a good time can be had with 100.00 in singles to nurse a beer & enjoy the tip parade & ass show. Also to evaluate what the club is like on a random week night. My home situation will allow me to make a trip like this tonight, but I'm not sure when the next available time will happen. As far as the money, it is a hundo outside of my clubbing budget, so it's not money that I should be spending, but not anything that will hurt my finances at all, just from another pot of extraneous money. So talk me out of this, or should I do this in the name of science?
Most TUSCLers won't know but the Miami club in question is a heavy heavy tip-parade Latina club w/ mostly aggressive Cuban dancers where on a busy visit one can be approached anywhere by 5 to 10 dancers during a single song asking you for a tip - I hate-it and for me it's too much since I rather save my $$$ for lap-dances.
On my last visit to this club a few months back on a busy Fr dayshift I did what the OP is planning, i.e. I just wanted to check-out the vibe and not get dances since they are $25 and often cut at 3-minutes and sometimes below, so on my Fr dayshift recon visit I decided I'd pass the PL-time tipping $1s during the tip-parade invasion and get some mini-grinds & some mini-groping, problem is some dancers stand a foot away from you w/ either their hand out (literally) and ask, actually demand, a tip (and some stand a foot from you & just pull the side of the g-string at the hip) - and if you have the gall not to tip them for them just asking, some will give you a look as if you were scum.
Pink Pony has been more miss than hit over the last few years; especially after the club in the OP opened in the mid-2000s.
The club in the OP has some nice-looking Cubanas especially if you like them curvy - IMO the club in the OP is better than BT Pompano or Body Club talent-wise and club-décor wise; except they try to nickel and dime you too much including a dayshift cover which no South-FL club has and a $20 night-shift cover which no South FL club has (outside the black clubs but dances in those are $5).- this, along w/ the tip-parade assault; having to pay to park your own car; and often short songs; is why I rarely visit these days.
