I'd have to agree. I learned a couple interesting things about strippers related to your question. I've been told by a high percentage of strippers that they are bi-sexual or lesbian. They admit enjoying strip club jobs for the fast money, AND so they can be around naked women.
Second, I've been told by a large number of strippers that they masturbate often, even multiple times a day. Some enjoy porn more that I do, and send me links to their favorite videos. LOL!
My feeling is sexually uptight women will never survive as a stripper. So let's say you're taking all women 18-40 and removing the least horny half. You're also dealing with women who are more conscious of their appearance than average women.
On the whole, I imagine strippers who have given bjs to dozens of different guys for free before they turn 18 are probably more likely to thrive in a strip club than girls who had one boyfriend for those years.
Overall, strippers probably like sex and being naked more than "average" women, but there's still a range. There definitely are strippers who are solely in it for the cash and can't stand their jobs; think of it as someone who works at an autobody repair shop but has zero interest in cars but the money is decent. There are even a handful of lesbian strippers out there who can fake it well enough to make money.
Anyone who says "All strippers are horny sluts" or "All strippers are only in it for the money" is grossly oversimplifying. But yes, there definitely is a WAY higher incidence of female bisexuality among strippers than civvy girls.

To add, you are often seeing women who started to become sexually active at a young age (probably at 13, and those who were sexually assaulted, even younger than that) so many through example of other women in their lives or through trial and error with their own sexual partners have learned it is possible to use sex or sexually to manipulate men or to at least entice men into getting what they want.
So by time they are 17 they are already fully trained succubi (plural of succubus). So exotic dancer is like a natural thing for them.
I think they basically have to like people and be open and accepting. As so whatever is done at their club, they are basically cool about doing it with lots of people. Certainly like that when I've DATYed San Francisco girls, and with the girls at our underground Mexican Bar Table Dancing Circuit.
