  Did these girls work at Follies? Do you know the reasoning as to why they switched over?
  
  I have found most girls switch over for 1 of 3 reasons:
  1. They aren't making enough money at the club
  2. They got fired from the club for a number of reasons
  3. They think they can make as much or more money escorting than stripping, and also have to put in less hours.
  
  I developed a relationship with an escort years ago in Canada and for her, the agencies cut was somewhere between 30 and 40% (can't remember the exact figure).

  I know they didn't get fired. The second one to leave was in the club this past Saturday and her photo showed up on the escort site on Monday. Neither told me they were going to start escorting. The first one said she was in the catering business. I guess you could call it that.
  
  I assume both left stripping because they thought that they could make more money escorting. I know how much they were paying the club to work there. So I wondered what an agency's cut would be.

  I have heard the agencies cut was 40%. But that's just second hand. This was for a public agency.
  
  Most of the guys I know who use escorts, all go through a private membership club or something, invite only by another member, where the escorts and customers are all vetted (non-LEO) and escorts are STD checked. I know a couple friends' and girlfriends' dads all used to belong to one. They tried to get me involved back in '99 and '00 but I declined even though they'd cover my expenses to use it until I got established. That's how I know about it. Not sure what the Agency cut is for one of those private groups or if it was an annual dues thing. ??

  ^^^ so you're saying no matter what a girl does (escorting, camming, stripping) she isn't going to make what she could have pre-recession which is going on 8 years now.

  Papi. No. I have seen them both at the club since licensing became a requirement. Even took one of them to VIP. FYI one dancer told me that in the back ground check they are only looking for felony convictions involving prostitution, etc. You're gonna be surprised on your next visit. The Cubans have arrived. :)

  The usual cut over here is 30% for the reputable ones.

  For AAMPs when redbook was going, for the Chinese shops, it was $160 per hour, and the house got $60.
  
  For the Korean shops it was $200 per hour, and probably the house was getting $80.
  
  For domestic escorts the rates ran usually $250 to $350 per hour. Not sure about the house cut.
  
  But an escort meets her client for the first time at the front door. Not the best set up, but usually it is still understood to be full GFE. Probably it is like Shailynn says, problems at club. Escort is offering the maximum in mileage, whereas with Stripper that is only for those who specifically want that. So min looks standards for escorts are lower.

  Shadow you might wanna keep in touch you will probably get a better deal. Not sure what the cut is but a lot of escorts seem to charge less(not including vegas) than top notch strippers who think there pussy is gold. get them now before they get too much mileage on them.
