People already do that, especially for in-demand professionals. Though for the beginning and intermediate music student there's no substitute for really being to help correct posture, embassure, they way they're holding the instrument, etc. on the fly. Also intermediate and advanced students also need help with tone and sound (fine tuning to sound brilliant or ace) and sometimes computer speakers, headphones, stereo speakers are only so good and not a true replacement for you hearing the student and he or she hearing you.
Now if someone could actually get the kids to PRACTICE between lessons. Ugh.
