A couple of Detroit questions

AFAIK extras are done in dance-booths so there isn't the large upfront VIP room fee -maybe just the cost of one-dance if negotiations don't go well - I'd say it can be done either way but I'm no Detroit expert.

I was just at penthouse detroit today. The talent was fugly and the prices ridiculous. U stopped by subis and had a good time.

I take the girl back for a dance. If things go well I proposition her but if things are not going well I end it after 1 or 2 songs. Usually high success rate with girls offering extras but be careful some of these girls are basically streetwalker pussy quality and it will be nasty when u get up close. Sample the goods before commiting to a bug deal.

Also if u cross the border to Windsor, escorts are legal. Bring ur passport and exchange money at the casino. Executives choice is an agency I remember.

LS is my goto lately for dayshift and is current home to my ATF. Usually is majority white girls, but there is still good representation from AAs. Age range is good and the dayshift usually has a few nice looking 20 year old spinners. Prices can be all over the place, but they're usually fairly open about talking about it on the floor.

Another thing is there is almost always 10 girls in the middle of dayshift with only a few guys here and there, so the odds will easily be in your favor. One downside is management is cracking down on drama and seems to be on the verge of cleaning house, and some of the new girls coming in just aren't up to par.

That's good advice! Except the bug deal part, I know it was supposed to be big.

I think you should try the Landing Strip since you're staying near the airport. BT's is a lot farther, and Subi's is farther still. You might want to give the Penthouse another try, because the lineup can change a lot from day to day.

I usually take the dancer to a VIP booth first, and then get into the specifics of what I want. I don't know if that's the best way, but it's how I do it.

Usually I go to Flight Club, then BTs. I am not a big fan of Landing Strip but some others here like it.

At Flight Club to go back to VIP there's not a mandatory amount to tip the bouncer, but I usually give $5 if I'm going for some dances, $10 if I plan on doing more. At BTs it is a mandatory $20 or $25 (can't remember) each time you go back. Not sure what Landing Strip protocol is.

In most cases, the dancer will talk to you about what you are going to do before you go back. I'd say this happens about 80% of the time. On the other situations sometimes after a dance or two the girl will bring up other ideas once you're back there.

I usually negotiate in VIP, not at the bar or at my booth.

When you've been doing this for a while, you can usually get a good feel for what what type of girl she is if you have a conversation with her before going to VIP.

Let me know where you end up going for day shift for either day, as I prefer afternoon to night shifts anyways and might try to make it earlier in the day.

Do everything. Do day shift and night shift. Negotiate when you feel like it. If you're having fun and meet the right gal you'll both have fun. I think airport hotels suck but I rarely stay there. PH, FC, Subi, LS, Coli, BT in Dearborn all good choices. There's little law enforcement in Detroit proper so don't count on cops keeping you safe. Check out Sugar Shack for best cocktails (per GQ...and they're right). Do brunch at "Dime Store" downtown. Next time give yourself a whole week. Theres tons to do here.

Most of the time I negotiate before heading to VIP. Like knowing beforehand what the deal is, and guess I feel more vulnerable (due to the little guy) trying to negotiate while in the VIP and the girl knowing she already has me there and pretty much hooked. In other words, guess I find it easier to get a better deal/say no before heading to VIP vs. while in VIP. Never mind already being in the hole a song of 2 before negotiations begin.

My last Detroit visit I left Coliseum and went to FC. Think it only took me 25 minutes or so.

The problem is not spending less than me, you're only required to tip $1 a song, so he was fine in that regard. The problem was him bringing all that attention, also it doesn't help that when you bring all that attention, it's only one buck that you hav to show for it.

Actually most of these clubs are in Inkster, Romulus and Dearborn which are outside of Detroit, not bad areas.

^^^yes js. The clubs are totally safe. But don't go exploring. There's five or so safer areas with lots of cops. But parts of the city are not and we don't have enough police coverage. I've never had a problem and I don't plan on it.

Coliseum and Penthouse are in Detroit, but on the city border. Use the valet.

The Playhouse is now owned by the same folks that own Subi's and I had a good time my last trip. Check out recent reviews. Very close to the airport and LS, Playhouse and Flight Club make a nice loop without long drives in between.

Given time I always take a girl for a few dances only first before either 1) Opening further negotiations while in the booth or 2) Heading back out and arrange for a second session later. Have done the negotiations upfront first and that has worked out OK but, with only about a 50-60% success rate.

John, not much to add to the sage advice added by the others. You have the skills to tell pretty much as you talk to them before VIP to make a good choice. Always negotiate. The last trip I took to The Flight Club with one of the babes saved me a wad when I talked her down from $200 for a HJ. Christ !! What a load of crap !

The Criket is only three minutes away from the Flight Club. It is free to park and to enter and no fee for VIP. You should check it out. If it is dead ( on Fridays it is all hands on deck) you can get to the FC very quickly..BT's is your best bet for young uns but Dearborn is a mixed bag on the Po -po.

Thursdays at the penthouse have been my best nights in detroit. In march Thursday penthouse Friday flight club were excellent. I am still thinking of where to saturday.

I like strip club roulette. Go back to the vip, what ever happens, happens and figure out how much it costs at the end. You may not get the best price, but the service can be quite good.
