It's hilarious but kinda tragic if you know the story. What happened is this guy was drunk and a woman picked him up. They are driving down the road (she's driving he's the passenger) and they get pulled over. The woman knows she's drunk so she jumps into this guys lap in the passenger seat when the cop approaches the car. The cop assumes the guy was driving and arrests him instead of the woman.
That is sad. Where did you hear that?
