  Sorry to tell you, but it's an incest video and the guy is guessing his sister. If he's wrong, she comes out and he has to fuck her for the audience. They also do it with dads guessing their daughter, moms guessing their sons, etc. The Japanese have some weird stuff for porn, e.g. tentacle sex, but hey, some of the girls are really cute.

  In Japanese porn, if it's released within the country they have to "blur" all genital regions for censor issues.
  
  Yeah, have a gameshow with dads fucking their daughters but they have to blur any genital screen shots. Makes lots of sense.
  
  Then again look at American TV. You can show people getting shot in the head on regular TV, but cannot show a pair of boobies.
